Runner of the Month

On a cold, wet and windy Thursday evening only the hardcore members made it out to a session in Marine Park. Well done to Isabel, April, Naomi, Andrea, Karen and Sharon.

A special mention to Andrea (pictured left of me) won the Runner of the Month Trophy along with Start Fitness Vouchers! Andrea attended every single session of the month including completing 2 park runs. A brilliant effort.
