Run Eat Sleep is the perfect place for adults looking TO enjoy their running, have fun & share the experience with others.
We pride ourselves on our inclusive, positive and supportive club spirit and welcome new members each week with a warm, friendly welcome.
In 2024, we were awarded with a Love South Tyneside Award for outstanding efforts & demonstrating community spirit in South Tyneside.
Most of our members attend once or twice per week & we encourage everyone to fit in some running in their own time too.

Mondays 6pm Ladies & BEGINNERS 3km Run (suitable for beginners)
Mondays 6.45pm Hill Training & Strength
Tuesdays 5.50pm Beginners & Improvers
Tuesdays 6.45pm Improving pace & speed
Wednesdays 6pm Group distance build up (suitable for beginners)
Thursdays 6.45pm Trail Runs in and around South Shields Headtorch runs in Winter
Fridays 6am (Summer) Easy recovery 10-15 min run & Sea Dip.
Weekends parkrun, Trail Days Out & Sunday Social Runs (5km, 10km & 10 Mile)
Most runs last for 40-60 mins which includes warming up, running technique practice, the main training session, stretches and a chance to chat and socialise
