VIDEO – Running Made Simple


Although running seems quite simple at first
(Run further, run faster), inevitably you do
hit a stumbling block and struggle to get the
improvements you wish.

A lot of the time, this is due to a lack of
planning and consistency.

There are some principles that you can use to
help you get to your goals quicker
and without getting injured or sick.

I’ve decided to share some of
these principles in a video
series called ‘Running Made Simple’.

I use these principles with all of my runners
to get them to achieve their target times,
train for running events and to keep them
