Strength and Conditioning for Runners
Strength and Conditioning has become really popular in the running community – particularly after the Olympics. Mo Farah has spoken of the benefits of a strength and conditioning programme to his performance.
However, S & C is not exclusive to elite athletes, and should be an important part of any runner’s training. Here is a short interview I did with my Strength and Conditioning Coach, Nick Ridgeon.
