Simple Tip for Running Technique

Hey

I hope you enjoyed my Running Made Simple Video.

This weekend I’m looking to help 4 people improve their running technique.

Before you improve your running technique at my session this weekend though, I’d like you to try this simple tip I used when I coached kids….

“Try and run making no noise.”

I’m not talking about your breathing, but the sound of your feet!

If you land heavy on the ground and make alot of noise, this is a great thing you can practice in your warm ups and on easy runs. It’s quite tricky and it might feel a little strange at first. But it’ll help you in the long run.

It’s great to practice this as it will help you reduce injuries and make less contact with the ground (meaning more time in the air moving quickly).

Try it today or tomorrow.

Then, this saturday at 10.15am, I’ll be taking 4 people through my video analysis and running technique coaching session for free!

The great thing about this session is you get to watch yourself back on a video and see what you do well and where you can improve.

You’ll be able to watch it from different angles and in slow motion. If you’re a bit of a running geek like me, it’s really interesting to see!

The first 4 people to get in touch with me will grab the places, so be quick!
