Eat well and Train well with this……

Hey

I thought I’d give you a new idea for a healthy

meal. I haven’t posted one for a while.

I’ve noticed during the World Cup that I’m always
hungry just as the game starts.

So I’ve been making a meal at half time (only 15 minutes)
to make it.

Here’s a simple meal you can make straight away.

15 minute Fajita Chicken

Teaspoon of coconut oil
1-2 chicken breasts
1 onion
1 pepper
1 tin of tomatoes
‘Discovery’ Fajita Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup of Basmati Rice

Instructions

1. Boil a pan of water and add the basmati rice
2. Chop the chicken, onion and peppers and
cook in coconut oil in a pan until cooked.
3. Add the tin of tomatoes and fajita seasoning and stir well
4. Once the rice is cooked, drain the water
and serve with the fajita chicken.
5. Catch the 2nd half of the World Cup game!
