Join our Award Winning and friendly running group for adults in South Shields and take part in local events as a team.
* Run with our friendly group all week (We usually cover between 2-5 miles each session)
* Meet up on weekends for local events, coffee mornings and nights out
* Take part in fun and challenging sessions for adults
* Follow a training plan focused on your target running times and fitness.
* Do a variety of training sessions including speed training, scenic trails and headtorch night runs
* Have a laugh at training and de-stress from work
* All ages and abilities welcome
Mondays 6.45pm-7.45pm
Wednesdays 6.45pm-7.45pm
Thursdays 6.45pm-7.45pm (Trail Session)
Sundays 9.30am-10.30am (Trail Session)
