Head looking down/looking up

Leaning too far forwards/backwards

Too Straight (no lean)

Leaning to one side (frontal view)

Twisting at the trunk



Small range of movement

Shoulders Hunched Up

Arms Tensed up

Arms too straight/too bent

Crossing the body



‘Sitting back’ and not extending hips

Dropped Hips to one side




Knee dropping in or out

Poor Knee Drive

Not extending knee on down phase

Feet  Heel Strike

Toes pointing down (not active)

Foot Landing in front of body

Over Pronation/Supination
