1. Start at The Groyne Lighthouse.2. Follow the path to the right of The Little Haven hotel and cross the small beach. 3. Run up the small set of steps on the other side of the beach and take a left before heading right along River Drive. 4. Follow River Drive for approximately 400metres, then follow the cycle path to the right along Wapping Street and Long Row towards the Ferry Landing and onto The Customs House (cycle route 72 to Ferry Landing).5. Take a right onto Broad Landing towards the Ferry Landing and carry on to The Customs House (cycle route 72 to Ferry Landing)6. Go past the ferry landing and run across the front of the customs house to Riverside Court. Follow the road round to the right and up the small set of steps onto Commercial Road.7. Follow the road round to the right and up the small set of steps onto Commercial Road. 8. Follow Commercial Road/Temple Town for just over a mile until you reach the A194 road and take a right, following the A194 Newcastle Road for just over 1 mile to the John Reid Road roundabout. (Once you reach the A194 road, you will need to cross onto the left hand side at the traffic lights shown above)9. Reach John Reid Road roundabout
