Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve, we have sessions for everyone:

6:00PM β Beginners Distance (3KM & running technique)
6:45PM β improving pace, speed, technique, hills
TUESDAYS
5:50PM β beginner and improvers

WEDNESDAYS
6:00PM β Group Distance (Beginner Friendly)
THURSDAYS
6:45PM β Trail Runs around South Shields
FRIDAYS (Summer Only)
6:00AM β Easy 10β15 Min Recovery Run + Sea Dip π
WEEKENDS
Parkrun, Trail Days, and Sunday Social Runs (5KM, 10KM, 10 Mile)
β Most sessions last 40β60 mins and include warm-up, technique tips, the main session, cool-down stretches, and time to chat!
