Run Eat Sleep is the perfect community for adults who want to enjoy running, make new friends, and become part of a supportive running community long-term.

🗓 WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve, we have sessions for everyone.

Our year-round timetable helps you stay consistent, motivated, and progressing no matter the season.

We run & train together towards upcoming events together such as the great north run & local 5km/10km events

MONDAYS
6:00PM – Beginners Distance (3KM & running technique)
6:45PM – improving pace, speed, technique, hills

TUESDAYS
5:50PM – beginner and improvers

6:45PM – Improving Pace, speed, technique, hills

WEDNESDAYS
6:00PM – Group Distance (Beginner Friendly)

THURSDAYS
6:45PM – Trail Runs around South Shields

FRIDAYS

9:30AM – THE COFFEE RUN – 30 min social run/WALK & cuppa

(SUMMER ONLY ) 6:00AM – Easy 10–15 Min Recovery Run + Sea Dip 🌊

WEEKENDS
Parkrun, Trail Days, and Sunday Social Runs (5KM, 10KM, 10 Mile)

⌛ Most sessions last 40–60 mins and include warm-up, technique tips, the main session, cool-down stretches, and time to chat!
