Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve, we have sessions for everyone:

MONDAYS
6:00PM – Beginners Distance (3KM & running technique)
6:45PM – improving pace, speed, technique, hills

TUESDAYS
5:50PM – beginner and improvers

6:45PM – Improving Pace, speed, technique, hills

WEDNESDAYS
6:00PM – Group Distance (Beginner Friendly)

THURSDAYS
6:45PM – Trail Runs around South Shields

FRIDAYS (Summer Only)
6:00AM – Easy 10–15 Min Recovery Run + Sea Dip 🌊

WEEKENDS
Parkrun, Trail Days, and Sunday Social Runs (5KM, 10KM, 10 Mile)

βŒ› Most sessions last 40–60 mins and include warm-up, technique tips, the main session, cool-down stretches, and time to chat!
