Join our Great North Run course for all abilities (including beginners). The runs are led by Luke Adams and each week we’ll progress our training to build up to the half marathon distance. We’ll help you with….

The Great North Run 12 week course starts on Monday 22nd June & includes…

* Monday & Tuesday group runs at 6.45pm from the New Crown pub

* Wednesday runs working on speed & hills at 6.45pm from the New Crown pub

* Online Training Plans for Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced

* Online Support & Members facebook group

* Regular meet ups at weekends at Parkrun & other events

Non members can join the 12 week course leading up to the Great North Run for £60 or pay in two monthly instalments of £32.50. Once payment has been made you will be automatically added to our register and you can turn up for the sessions and/or follow the online plan by requesting to join our members Facebook group HERE
