Join our Great North Run course for all abilities from Monday 10th July for 8 weeks

Mondays 6.45pm – Improving Running Technique, Strength & Speed

Wednesdays 6.45pm – Endurance – Build up of distances from 3 miles. We will add 1 mile each week. On Wednesdays, the start time will get a little earlier as the distances increase.

We’re starting a guided training plan & running sessions for all levels of ability from July on a Monday & Wednesday evenings. The plans can also be followed in your own time with online support. (Open to members & non members that are comfortable running 5km / 3.1 midistance)

The Great North Run course will begin with the initial sessions taking place on Monday 10th & Wednesday 13th July in South Shields.

 

The full course is £50 (After completing the course the £50 can be used towards joining our annual membership)
