RES Beginner Running Course

Join our 8 week running course for beginners designed for new runners looking to get started and needing motivational support. Our friendly leaders and groups will help you to progress at your own level and always be made to feel welcome.

Sessions last up to 45 minutes including a light warm up walk/jog, running and cool down stretching/chat at the end.

  1. Advice on what runs to do in your own time
  2. Online group support
  3. Coaching Advice from 2 running leaders
  4. Progression to our other groups if and when ready
  5. Join in on other evenings & weekends.
  6. Setting individual targets towards Christmas

Once you have registered via PayPal, your place will automatically be confirmed on the course and you can turn up at the introductory run at 6pm.
