This course is for you!
Led by Run Eat Sleep, this friendly and supportive course is designed to help you go from walking to running 3โ5km โ safely, gradually, and with a group of like-minded beginners.

Meeting Point: South Shields seafront on the promenade next to coleman’s temple/sanddancer
Starting mONDAY 13TH October and the following 9 mondays leading up to christmas
Time: Mondays 6pm-6.45pm
Open to complete beginners & those returning to running
Goal: Run 3โ5km & complete a local 5km Parkrun together.
This course has been very successful in the past and places fill fast.
The course costs ยฃ50 for 10 weeks (ยฃ5 per week).
