Always wanted to start running but donโ€™t know where to begin?

Been out of it for a while and want to ease back in?

This course is for you!

Led by Run Eat Sleep, this friendly and supportive course is designed to help you go from walking to running 3โ€“5km โ€“ safely, gradually, and with a group of like-minded beginners.

๐ŸŒณ Goal: Run 3โ€“5km & complete a local 5km Parkrun together.

This course has been very successful in the past and places fill fast.

The course costs ยฃ50 for 10 weeks (ยฃ5 per week).
