Join our 10-Week “Introduction to Running” course – Perfect for First Timers, Re-Starters & Beginners!

Always wanted to start running but don’t know where to begin?

Been out of it for a while and want to ease back in?

This course is for you!

Led by Run Eat Sleep, this friendly and supportive course is designed to help you go from walking to running 3–5km – safely, gradually, and with a group of like-minded beginners.

📍 Meeting Point: South Shields seafront on the promenade next to coleman’s temple/sanddancer

🗓 Starting mONDAY 13TH October and the following 9 mondays leading up to christmas

🕕 Time: Mondays 6pm-6.45pm

👥 Open to complete beginners & those returning to running

🌳 Goal: Run 3–5km & complete a local 5km Parkrun together.

This course has been very successful in the past and places fill fast.

The course costs £50 for 10 weeks (£5 per week).
