Res Membership

Run Eat Sleep annual membership is £150 and provides 12 months of structured, supportive running from the month you join.

Our club is built around a long-term, sustainable approach to improving running fitness, supporting runners of all abilities to progress with confidence, consistency and enjoyment. As a member, you’ll be part of a friendly and inclusive running community that trains, supports and achieves together throughout the year.

Membership payments

All membership payments are made after your taster by bank transfer or standing order.
If paying by instalments, payments should be set up as a monthly standing order.

“Hi, I’m Luke Adams, founder of Run Eat Sleep. I started the club when I was 23, with the goal of creating a supportive and inclusive running community here in South Shields. I’m a husband and father to two boys, and I’m passionate about running, the outdoors, personal development, and helping others challenge themselves while enjoying their journey.

I love what I do — helping people improve their fitness, enjoy running, and be part of a community that encourages each other. The club wouldn’t be what it is today without the fantastic support of our runners and volunteers, who make every session, event, and training run enjoyable, safe, and inspiring.
