Join our Great North Run course for all abilities. Each week we’ll progress our training to build up to the full half marathon distance. We’ll help you with….

1. Building up your long run

2. Improving your speed

3. Working on your technique and breathing

4. Practicing on hills

5. Trying parts of the GNR route

6. Keeping you on track with your training

 

The Great North Run 12 week course includes

* Monday Night Group Runs 6.45pm at the New Crown

* Training Plans for Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced

* Online Support & Members facebook group

* Saturday meet ups at parkrun

 

Join the 12 week course leading up to the Great North Run for £60

or Join our 12 month membership for £100 (includes GNR course and training nights on Wednesdays and Thursdays)

Once you have paid the membership option you will be automatically added to our register and you can show up for your first session. Please email luke@runeatsleep.co.uk if you have any questions.
