3 things you can do today to improve your Running

Hey

So last month I did an interview
with one of my heroes. English Marathon
record holder Charlie Spedding – One of the key
things that I enjoyed listening to was that
in order to achieve everything he wanted
to in his running career, he FIRST had to begin
to believe it was possible.

He told me he’d been pretty good, got some
decent times but knew he could achieve more.

Probably a bit like how you and I feel most
of the time.

He told me he had to change his mindset.

He started to use positive words when talking
about his running rather than saying “not bad”.

He started aiming to train “perfect” rather than
train really hard. He’d run each session exactly
how he had planned to rather than running too fast
or pushing himself to the limit.

He started aiming for one particular race and had
a focus on that race rather than being sidetracked
by other unimportant events.

^^ These are 3 simple things you can plug
straight into your running TODAY ^^

You can listen to the interview at

I’m also holding a presentation TOMORROW
in South Shields where I’ll be covering my
best mindset & training strategies to help
people improve their running times.

Not to be missed!
